ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

Founded by Casey D’Angelo and Bryce Shafer, Habit was built on the belief that Pilates should be equal parts effective, fun, and welcoming. With the support of Habit's incredible instructor team, they’re committed to delivering consistently energizing classes — always challenging, always uplifting, with just the right amount of burn.
